Returns and Refunds

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. Understating a customer may enter an email incorrect.

EraPrint shall deliver the products within estimated timescales, or resend products to customers, if undelivered.

Your memorabilia will be delivered to the email address provided during the order process. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any errors in email address provided.

Please use the contact us page, if you have any issues with an order placed, or received. We aim to reply via email within 48 hours, usually much faster.

If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may be granted an exchange, we occasionally agree to an replacement. we DO NOT offer refunds.

On the time of purchasing our memorabilia, you agree that no refund, or partial refunds are accepted.
